The Royal Society of Marine Artists is affiliated to the Federation of British Artists which is based at The Mall Galleries in London. The FBA is the national focal point for the best contemporary figurative art in the UK, and in the Mall Galleries have a constantly changing programme of exhibitions, galleries for hire, an education programme, commissions service, etc., and details can be found at their website. THE RSMA DIPLOMA COLLECTION One of the requirements of Members of the Society when elected is that they should contribute an example of their work to the Diploma Collection which now consists of a collection of over 120 pictures and sculptures. This collection is housed in the National Maritime Museum Cornwall in Falmouth, where various pieces are on show from time to time, either in the gallery or in the museum itself.
